Initial Consultation
Our process begins with an in-depth initial consultation where we gather all the essential details to understand the scope of your project. During this phase, we collect photos, site plans, and specific project requirements to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of your vision. This information allows us to determine an accurate estimate for the project cost. We understand the importance of transparency and strive to provide our clients with an estimate as promptly as possible, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the potential investment from the very beginning.
Design Stage
Once the estimate is agreed upon, we move into the Design Stage. Our project manager visits the site to collect precise field measurements, which are then provided to our design team. Our goal is to deliver detailed designs and shop drawings to our clients in a timely manner, typically within two weeks of agreeing to the estimate. At the start of the project, we provide a clear timeline to keep everyone informed. We work closely with our clients, making adjustments and customizations and adding any desired accessories to ensure optimal functionality. Throughout this collaborative process, we maintain transparency regarding costs. Once the final designs are approved, we request a deposit to order all project materials and get ready for the installation!
Installation Stage
At 8150 Cabinets, we aim to make the Installation stage a seamless and professional process that ensures your new cabinetry is installed with precision and care. After a typical lead time of 6-8 weeks, our experienced installation crews, who have been with us for years, will meticulously handle the installation. Should you prefer, you also have the option to use your own installers. Throughout this phase, our dedicated project manager oversees every detail and is readily available to address any questions or concerns you may have. Once the installation is completed to your complete satisfaction, we will proceed with billing the final project payment. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results every step of the way.
